This Terms of Use ("Terms") governs your access to and use of the websites operated by Let’s Be Friends® (Pty) Ltd ("Let’s Be Friends®", "LBF", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website located atlbf.studio (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA") and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
Use of the Site
You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Let’s Be Friends®, an LBF employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Booking Requests & Inquiry Forms
Our Site allows you to submit inquiries and request consultation or discovery meetings via our integrated scheduling tool (Cal.com). Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment or a binding service agreement. All booking requests are subject to manual review and explicit confirmation by LBF. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any booking request at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, images, video, motion design, design systems, visual assets, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof—are owned by Let’s Be Friends®, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Trademarks
The name Let’s Be Friends®, the LBF logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Let’s Be Friends® or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Let’s Be Friends®.
Third-Party Links and Embedded Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party applications (such as Framer for hosting and Cal.com for scheduling). These links and embedded tools are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents or practices of those sites or services and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Let’s Be Friends®, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, any websites linked to it, any content on the Site, or any services or items obtained through the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let’s Be Friends®, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
